Triad Tax Advisors is seeking a self-motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Tax and Accounting Intern. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in tax preparation and accounting support while working alongside our experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns including Forms 1040, 1120C, 1120S, 1065, and 1041

  • Data entry, client inquiries, and research for proper tax treatment

  • Analytical review and assessment of results

  • Communication with reviewer on return status

• Prepare year-end forms such as 1099s, personal property tax, and sales tax returns

• Perform introductory accounting tasks, including:

  • Entering checks and deposits

  • Preparing bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Making journal entries

• Assist with general office duties (e.g., scanning documents, file organization)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
